Answers for readers stuck between a card price and an option list

Short answers first, longer pages linked. If a question is not here, the page it belongs to probably is.

Where to ask about a menu or an order

Three kinds of question come up, and each has a different place to go. A question about what a line means, or whether an entry is what its photo suggests, is for the seller; through an agent, you ask it in the order notes and the purchaser passes it on. A question about an order already placed is for the agent. A question about something on this site is for us.

  • About a line: the seller, via the order notes, before payment to the seller.
  • About a CNFans order: on 19 October 2026 the cnfans.com notice gave [email protected] for order questions.
  • Order support follows the current official CNFans notice. This guide has no verified support inbox.

Using the sample menu tool

The tool on the home page is a practice listing. Here is how to use the tool to see each habit described on this site, one click at a time:

  1. Leave the size and package alone and tap down the colour list. Watch the price box and the message under it.
  2. Tap the postage top-up line. The box says it is the line the card’s starting price belongs to.
  3. Tap 燕麦色【加绒】, the lined oat. Same swatch as plain oat, a different price and a different garment.
  4. Choose navy, then look for 3XL: it is greyed out because that line has no stock.
  5. Choose the two-pack and read the per-piece price in the box.

Nothing you click is sent anywhere; the tool runs in your browser and every figure in it is invented.

Option menus: the questions people ask most

These are the points that come up most frequently when someone first reads a Chinese option menu with an agent order in mind. Each answer is short and points to the page with more.

Is the price on a catalogue card wrong when the listing costs more?
No. In every listing we compared, the low figure on the card was the cheapest line in the menu and the high figure the dearest. The card is a summary; the line you want can sit anywhere between the two.
Why does a card say one yuan?
Almost always because the menu contains a payment line, a postage top-up or a make-up-the-difference unit priced at one yuan. It buys nothing you can wear. Look for the body price instead.
The colour I want has two entries. Which one is it?
Read the brackets. One is usually the plain colour and the other the colour plus a version: fleece-lined, longer, a different sleeve. Open each entry’s photo and pick the one whose name matches what you want.
The menu has numbers instead of colours. How do I choose?
It is a collection: each number is a separate design. Find the design by the entry photo, then copy the number exactly into your order.
Is the stock figure a real count?
Often not. A round figure such as 999 repeated across the menu is a setting. Varied counts usually are real, and a low one means that line may run out.
Do bigger sizes cost more?
They can. In the catalogue menus we read it was rare, but tap your size once on any listing and watch whether the price moves.
What should go in the order notes?
Short numbered points: colours for a pack, a second choice if stock is low, any question about a line. See the CNFans orders page for examples.
Can I order through CNFans at the moment?
Not on 19 October 2026: every cnfans.com address we tried returned the same maintenance page. Its text pointed order questions to a support email address.
Are the prices on this site real?
No price on this site belongs to a real listing. Charts and the sample menu use invented figures, labelled as samples. Real listings change daily anyway.
Does this site sell anything?
No. It links to catalogue shelves and, while it is reachable, to cnfans.com; some of those links can earn a referral payment, as the About page explains.

Before you order: the short version

If you read nothing else on this site, read this. These are the checks that would have prevented every option mistake described on the other pages. They take a couple of minutes per listing, and they are the same whichever agent you use.

  1. Open the listing behind the card and find the line you want before looking at prices.
  2. Read the whole entry name, brackets included, and open its photo.
  3. Note the body price; ask about any line far below it.
  4. Divide pack lines by their count; check sets against single pieces.
  5. Choose colour before size and confirm your size is not greyed out.
  6. Copy the line in Chinese into the order, and put colours, second choices and questions in the notes.
  7. When warehouse photos arrive, check them against the line name.
